• Step 2: Answer our reflection questionnaire (20-30 minutes of deep inquiry)
• Step 3: Optional onboarding call to clarify your vision
• Handcrafted over 1-2 months with intention and reverence
• Shipped from Bali within 1 month of completion

Refund & Credit:

• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. 

Gifting:

• Gift recipients follow the same 3-step process to personalize their guidebook.
• Please make sure to input their correct email address, they will be contacted for the next steps. 
• Shipping addresses will be reconfirmed with the recipient before delivery.

Delivery Time
Creation and delivery time can take 3-6 months, depending on the queue. When you purchase, you'll be added to the queue based on your order time and will receive an email with your estimated delivery timeframe. The current queue position is updated every 48 hours.
